Terms of play

The game

GHBL Online is an online game for fun, run by WeldonPC. There are no prizes. Game times, league schedules, standings and house teams are run by software and may be adjusted, reset or ended, for example to fix an error.

Fair play

Play your own games. Do not use scripts or tools to swing for you, and do not try to break or overload the site. Games that look automated, or that break these rules, may be removed from the standings.

Your team link

Anyone with a team's link can play its games and delete it. Keep it private. Lost links cannot be recovered, because the site keeps only a hash of each link.

Unofficial

GHBL Online is a game. It is not a youth sports league on real fields, team or recreation department, and it is not affiliated with or endorsed by the City of Garfield Heights, Garfield Heights City Schools or any youth baseball league playing today. Nothing on the site is advice about real sports, coaching or safety.

Ads

Some public pages show one banner ad from AdEngine (adengine.us), WeldonPC's own ad network; see the privacy notice. Ads never appear in the game.

Prices

Practice and league play are free. Optional: Clubhouse Pass $1.95/month or $19.50/year · Free during preview. While the site is in preview, payments are off, nothing is charged and every team gets the Pass features. When payments open, an adult buys the Pass through PayPal and can cancel it in PayPal at any time; the Pass then runs to the end of the period already paid for.

No warranty

The site is provided as it is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, WeldonPC is not liable for losses arising from its use, including lost teams or standings.

Changes

These terms may change; the date above shows the latest version.
